What is Passive Residual Income

To put in simple and straight forward, money is just an idea. And some said, wealth is a habit.

Passive Residual Income in definition itself is income from trade or business activities in which you do not materially participate, i.e. income that keeps coming in without the presence or much effort of the receiver when the income is being generated.

Knowing what is passive residual income may give you a better idea of what kind of money should you go after, so that retire young retire rich will not retain just a dream.

In general, passive residual income is

* income that keeps coming in after initial stage of (sometimes a lot of) hardworks
* recurring in nature
* is not an income where the receiver traded his/her time for it
* could be generated even when the receiver is sleeping
